  • March 2012- present: Namibia University of Science and Technology: Director: Projects Service Centre [Managing a grants portfolio of approximately N$ 200 Million. Major functions incl Grants/research project design, management and strategic networking]
  • May 2010-Feb 2012: Southern African Science Service Centre on Climate Change and Land Management (SASSCAL): National Programme Coordinator [establishing Centre, governance management and regional (5 southern African countries) research coordination and networking]
  • Sept 2009-May 2010: Independent Consultant [implementing short-term projects (policy analysis and impact assessments) on behalf of various partners in the water sector]
  • January 2001-2006: Desert Research Foundation of Namibia: Head of Water Management section [Project Design, Management and Implementation]- Appointed as part of Namibia Government Negotiation team for CoPs.
